Traffic is roughly 8000 uniques per month and 50000 page views.

Yes.

Obviously, the amount of adsense earnings over the past 15-30 days should not be the only determining factor when evaluating website worth. A better judge would be to look at the fact that this site is growing at more than 1000 members per month and is already sitting at roughly 16000+ registered users. Or you could consider that there are several dozen other ways to monitize a website beside adsense.
