Imagine a ad network that would pay you $.01 per impression, yes $.01. Imagine a site that would have 1000 pageviews a day it would make $10 but imagine if there would be 2 or 3 networks paying the same amount and you could put 2-3 ads in the same page, well you would be making $30 a day for 1000 pageviews that would be $900 a month, or even better if you had 10 small sites making $900 a month you would then make $9,000. WOW!! What do you guys think, is there such network or program that could pay you $.01 per pageview?? by displaying, banners, or intersesions, or something else??
Of course not, i don't think that any advertiser can pay that for 1 impression..from the other side private advertisers can..
one of my sites get 10.000+ pageviews per day so that $.01 per pageview could be a nice extra income each month PM me the url if you find such network and i'll share my profits with you Didier
I think that everybody is taking this as a joke, but that is ok. The point here is that you could increase your site revenue if you could generate .01 per impression, using affiliate links, adsense or any other method. That is why 80% of webmasters make some money, the other 20% make the real CASH!!
Hi! Pls be careful relating to earning on per impression.Practically its not worth earning. You have to get genuine people Regards, Anhony
http://www.stopbounce.com/ - kind of low in the ethics, but its worth a try i guess, i haven't and wont sign up, but it might suite you well.
That's a really interesting page... and really interesting idea. Maybe a touch unethical... but it would teach them for trying to leave my wonderful site... .
Even very large companies would have a hard time justifying a $10+ CPM, and that is just the pay out, you'd have to tack on ad serving fees and then an agency markup to the advertiser, the advertiser would be looking at a $15-20 CPM. Never going to happen lol
Adbrite's intermissions cost $10 CPM, so depending on your rev share you'd get a % of that. There are several large websites that charge $10+ CPM for plain old banners and have advertisers.
$5 a CPM - but what percentage of visitors to a site would actually click the back button - maybe 10% - I personally just close the window. Also what about if someone on your site clicks the back button whilst browsing around your site? Do they get redirected as well? It's an interesting idea - but it also looks a little half arsed.
That would equal $10 CPM, its deff possible with adsense or YPN. One of my sites does more than that. Although it does less than 1000 impressions. It also means if someone is a visitor viewing YOUR pages and clicks back would get redirected to stopbounce, right?
My network cpm is $xxx (in $15 to $200 range). No doubt that i'm getting rich! But there're many others at DP who make much more than me.
