Hi Folks, I love DP, and I come here everyday. I just annoy spamming that they just want to post 2-3 words to leave their backlink Sometime spam my post and make it useless,, how can we better here ? Santacruz
By reporting them using the report post button which you can find exactly below the post in triangular shape.
It's been a natural law that spam will always be around good things. We can not really do much about this. It will always be around no matter how hard we try.
Ya and it will b taken care of in the next millennium or not at all . The mods either don't have enough time or enough clearance to nuke all the spam . Although in the last month there has a been a big drop in spam AFAIK . To OP : Join the club .
Yes forums can sometimes have a lot of spam. I have actually become more active in this forum because I have noticed a DROP in spam. Which is always nice. I dislike going to a form seeing several new threads and they are all just promoting some website or some spammy crap. It really is annoying. But this forum isn't close to that bad. You just have to take the good with the bad sometimes. Like lior1970 said, spam will always be around good things.
you can only ignore them, that is hard to stop the spammer. just skip them and read only those informative post still, you can find some great post at DP sometime
I don't have any problem with people leaving 2 - 3 words as long they are not cursing or ruin the thread. You need to understand that some people (including me) are not a good English speakers; so the might have some problem to express themselves in details. But I'm glad that you concern about DP to make it a better place.
