Did you request your payment via moneybookers?
Maybe they having problems with MB.

 

I use Paypal, payment is still pending.

Sorry again for being so quiet, I'm feeling better now so I'll be back in the office tomorrow. I've gone through all my PMs and answered them and I've gone through the last few pages of this thread and answered all the comments below:

Are you talking about the Remote Uploader? If so, it works off a queue system, but you should never have to wait 14 hours. There was an issue affecting that and the FTP Uploader the day before you posted that so I'm hoping that was the cause of the problems for you.

- The reason we have the captcha is because most other sites run the downloads in real time - so while their transferring you have to stay on the page. We have written a job queue engine which lets you add as many URLs as you want and then go away and come back later and they'll have been processed. The downside of this is that it lets somebody add thousands of slow URLs at once, and that will then slow everything down for everyone else. We can whitelist accounts so that they don't see the captcha, but this is done on the privison that if they abuse the system, then it gets heavily restricted for them (meaning if you intentionally add thousands of slow links to try to screw up the ploader, not if you just use it a lot). PM me your FF login if you want me to add you to that list.
- Could you PM me your FF login so I can follow this up? No payments are being declined anymore so this is most likely an oversight by the payment team.

- Torrent Uploader should be getting progessively better as we continue to work on it. I think there are only one or two bugs left with it now, finally.

Hi, Filefactory, can you explain how these 20% premium sale working?

The premiun sale page show is 10, 23, 39, 79.
20% mean I can earn $2, $4.6, $7.8, $15.8 from every sale.
But what I earn is 1.99, 2.00, 2.28, 2.35, 3.6


Where is these 2.28, 2.35 and 3.6 coming from

 

Am not sure, but i have same % with sales and i think it comes from users buying with euro !!!

Regarding the sales commission - Every sale is converted into USD using current market rates, which is why they end in odd numbers (like .99, .28, etc). Also, when people sign up we offer twice the time for 1.5x the price (i.e 2 years for $118.50 instead of $158) so that is also why you don't necessarily see amounts ending in .00.

This is the same with the sale commission only plan - the only difference being that the percentage paid is 60% instead of 20%.

Filefactory please give us an option to select for 60% sales only plan or normal plan from account page for minimum period like 1 week/1 month etc.

Also please show us refereed users as without seeing how can we know we are getting 20% of their reward as stated in main page.
