What do you guys look for when purchasing an affiliate tracking software? Hosted/Non-Hosted solution? Cascade billing? Multi-Tiered payout options? etc..
There is multiple things what people look for, it is just what you believe would suit you. Here is a few i would recommend: http://www.GainCorporation.net/ http://www.HasOffers.com/ http://www.HitPath.com/ http://www.CakeMarketing.com/ http://www.LinkTrust.com/ http://www.DirectTrack.com/ If you have any questions or problems please don't hesitate to contact me. I hope i have helped you on your quest. Thanks, Michael
I would suggest spending a few minutes figuring out what YOU want to have as far as affiliate capabilities go. Do you WANT multi-tiered affiliates, pay-out options-etc? What kind of affiliates are you looking for? How much are you willing to give away with your product? Do affiliates make any money of the back end? Do you want affiliates to make money if someone joins your list and buys 32 days later? Stuff like that... Also take into consideration how easy it is to SEND information to your affiliates. Does the platform your using give you the option to create banner ads, signatures, keyword lists, PPC Ads for your affiliates? how about posting rebrandable giveaway PDF's or email swipe files? Or does the affiliate program you are using only allow you to post the link and the affiliate has to do the rest of work? So take some time, answer some questions THEN go looking for a solution that offers those, or as close to as many of those things that you are looking for and you will have your answer.
I just purchased Post Affiliate Pro 4 for my affiliate program. I just got it integrated and am finishing up testing but so far it seems to be a good purchase for me.
Yes, I agree. Those are some very good questions to ask yourself before making a decision on which is the right software.
The other ones have great features as well. But the prices are more higher than hasoffers - $2000 set up fee, $1500 monthly fee etc.
hasoffers is ok. Google each one and see what people are saying about it. Dont trust the publishers site. If people are endorsing it on forums, its worth a look
Im doing research on this right now too, and thats the one I was thinking of going with. Could I send you a message on a messanger so we could chit chat a bit about this affiliate thing?
They host the database. Some might not like that but I know they are taking way more steps then I could in protecting the data with backups etc...
if you have a wordpress blog I recommend WP Affiliate platform plugin...it has got all the standard affiliate platform features of a modern affiliate software. Or have you thought about launching your product at Clickbank? There you will have a large base of affiliate marketers. After installing the affiliate software dont forget to build a great affiliate center by doing the following: There is a long list of “kinds†of content you’ll want to provide your affiliates with to distribute. Things like – - Articles - Ebooks - Reports - Mini-Courses - Blog Posts - Quick Tips - Interviews - Bonuses - Follow-Up Sequences - Audio Files - Videos - Surveys - Compact Discs - Teleseminars - Ongoing Series Now, what I consider to be mandatory when it comes to creating “content†for your affiliates to customize with their affiliate link and give away is … 3-4 ezine articles. 1 special report. That’s the minimum amount of content you should have inside your affiliate center PER PRODUCT in order to get your affiliates started. Hope this information helps. All the success!
