If you mean a direct link you can provide to others (or hotlinking as it is called with other filehosts), you cannot. This is not an ability FileSonic supports.

How can I share my files in premium mode?

Click on file and choose the "Create Direct Link" option. Traffic used will be deducted from your account. There is monthly limit of 3 Gigabytes for this option.

I haven't tried it recently but you used to be able to enter another login (email) besides your own on the "Trade in Points" page. I believe a member or two has posted they have had problems doing this recently, so I am not sure if the option is still available.
