Fast web hosts?

I have been using FatCow for hosting, but I am seriously getting frustrated with it because all my sites and forums, regardless of their size and style load very slowly. I read somewhere that FatCow has overly advertised and is now taking too many members than they can handle.

Does anyone have any suggestions on fast webhosts, which have a good control panel and the same cost range as FatCow?

what is your site links and what is your plan requirement, there are good host who does not overload their server

If you talking about site in your signature, according to me or at-least for me, its indeed slow for a paid host

Most hosts offer some type of money back guarantee. In addition, you could ask for a link to a test file to test download speeds on one of their servers.

Some of the larger hosts can't handle the amount of growth they experience all at once, you might want to consider trying a small to medium sized hosting company.

I can recommend you to do a search on all possible options, compare them, choose at least 5 companies - then read customer hosting reviews about them and make your final choice.

You may consider increase your budget a bit and go with Inmotion. Fatcow is not bad from my past experiences but sometime they are oversold and cause a slow loading without a doubt.

    hawkhost.com is good, or hostgator.com

You may also want to try crypticvps.com for offshore. They're amazing.

Consider DomainWink.com Hosting, with 24/7 customer support - 1 hour turnaround time, anytime money back guarantee. So there's no hurt on trying, it's risk free.

Or better yet if you require more then a shared hosting can provide, go for VPS.net Cloud VPS.

There are a lot of companies out their that oversell their services, this is foul play however most do it simply because they "hope" that most of their users don't use the majority of their allocation, However most of the time that is not the case :(
You need to search around and read reviews, personally i stick clear of big hosting providers, and ones you generally find at the top of "best rated hosting providers" simply because most of the time, they gained number #1 spot by send money to the site that "reviews" them!

But litespeed is faster anyway, but it's also pricey, that's why apache is a perfect match

When I read your information ,think that there have a good way for changing the phenomemon of slowly. You can Perfect Uninstaller which is a better and easier way for you to completely uninstall any unwanted application that standard Windows Add/Remove Program can't remove.

If you are looking for a shared web hosting plan, try the ones offering cPanel not VDeck.

problem would really come when server is overloaded - for sure web hosts have unlimited concept will over-load the server in turn bring down the web site performance on server. Read through there tos and subscribe for hosting plans. Pay only for what you want. never get trapped on concept of unlimited space, none would require in real time.
