Ctr is below 1% for these blogs on wine (One in english and one in french) :

    http://sharonwine.blogspot.com/
    http://vinetc.blogspot.com/

Do you have any idea, why?

    Are those blogs too young?
By the way, did anyone know how to put adsense ads in the middle of the posts? it s perhaps gonna help me...

I would suggest removing the ad that is at the bottom of the page, those are the ones that seem to work the least. Also, try a diffrent ad size, maybe a large rectangle after each post and set up your posts to 2 per page, that way you can have a diffrent size ad somewhere else in the page. To put the adsense code after your posts, do this:
    Hope this helps

Build more quality content on the blogs first, then you'll get more visitors, more clicks you'll get..
Insert the ads in each post is a good idea..That will help you increasing the CTR

I only found your lines in the "classic" template that i no more use, i am using Blogger Beta, and the template is a "widget" one.
I dont want to revert to classic in order not to lose any job; but is there a way to achieve our ads inclusion?

Try two large rectangles sidebyside above the fold in a blog works wonders. See CTR's double ....
