Hi I need a better banner for my site in layered .PSD format of the attached banner. The banner describes the existing 3 steps in the current image - this is also what i need for my new banner. The right info box + Button must also be a nice match to the rest... It is not necessary to have them with borders as they are, all i want is something very modern that will match my site. The websites colours are the white + blue seen tin the background of the attached image.
I forgot.... Please register your interest in case i find someone and close the project while you are working for the Job.

Seems like you have something going here, only problem is that it doesn't match my sites colours as described and shown in the attached image. Proper feedback will be given from my home pc after I get off work
I like your work very much.... The problem here is that it does not fit in to my site. The colors are very much away from my website. If you could focus more on the colors in referring attachment on your design it would more suitable.
@darike i like your first one but it needs some slight modifications. 1) I would like the image on the left and the rest on the right. 2) The small circles would be better if they follow and overlap the big one 3) make the large text smaller so you can make space for the "join now" button which is missing. 4) maybe a better tradesman image
