    We are aware some time of the day when many users ask remote upload services all at the same time you may notice slowness.

    Another explanation is remote servers also become slow sometime, so when the remote server you choose is slow, FileSonic will have to wait about it, we have seen some hoster which may have the issue but should always be temporary.

    We are working on adding new servers and tuning them more, thx for feedback.

    Yes we prefer having people calm :D But No we really added servers since we noticed some overload on peak hours of the day, especially in EU. More capacity have been added today.

    You got an answer before dude. You're on pay per download, why would you be paid for a sale in the first place? It's just an adjustment.

    FileSonic STILL does not work with IDM. I'm sick of it and not renewing my premium membership until it works with IDM in Firefox. Every other file host has no problems with it other than FileSonic. when this is fixed, I'll renew my premium...

    you dont understand. I know Im in pay per download program, but in last promo you gave $ 2 for each sale and for all members if I understand well.

    If so then it would be fair to receive payment

    We all understand and Fendertin explained to you that this is not a sale! This is the amount you made on November 14th Promo... Because it was under $1, we could not send it by PP,WW or AP ... This is why we had to credit it.
