is h1,h2 tag a necessity ?

hi ,my site is selling jersey,and i get advised to do h1 tag. so i looked other jersey shop(worldsoccershop,getsoccerjersey) ,and can't seem to find an h1 tag ?

do they have h1 tag ? i missed ? or they don't have ?

btw,all the web are build using www,w3,org ??

If you don't use h1 tag it has no negative effect but if you use it definitely it has positive effect. Put only one h1 tag on one page. In h1 put major keyword. Use 2 h2 tag & put secondary keyword on it. It is not compulsory to use one h1 tag & two h2 tags on one page but Google follow this. so better to use it.

There is no need to use the H1 Heading font style. You can create your own style in that way that will appear as normal text. So why not use them?

As seo point of view H1 tag is important because its give attention of main keyword or title tag.

 

I have seen max h7 tags but hardly in 1 or 2 sites....the "h1" teg has a highest value and h7 teg has a lowest value (if you are adding till h7)...in simple terms the value of new added teg has lower value than previous one i.e - h1 > h2 > h3 > h4>........and so on..
