    It would almost certainly be considered a breach of their IPR.

    They can sieze your domains and sue you for damages. Depending on which country you are in will dictate how enforcable the civil legal action would be.

    whether you can successfully defend it or not, it will cost you ten if not hundreds of thousands. Why bother??
