    Looking for a BIN of $250. But will likely take best offer.
    Quick sale as I need to pay for more hosting, so I'm willing to let this one go.

    (As most niche builders know it is not a good idea to reveal it)

    Naturally I will verify ownership and AdSense income with interested buyers.
