Presumably you mean http://www.webmaster-directory.org/ (with an a?) Your site can't really go that wrong, your using a standard template design, its a general directory and its pretty much over loaded with google ads - in fact theres more ads than there are links in your directory - its way to OTT for my liking. Personally id get ride of all advertising other than the banners in the top section of the site. Your next step is to look for a more unique template - either a new free template or get something custom built. Then get submitting and building up backlinks. Webmaster-Directory why not fill the site with content related to webmasters? I'm getting everything but that.

I'm sorry, I don't like your directory. I also asked myself why a webmaster directory had so few webmaster related links. The Google Adsense ads are way too obvious, not blending in well at all with the page and too many of them. If I were you, I would write some webmaster related articles and only have a directory with webmaster related links. Start your directory with a few good webmaster related links in each category. If I visit a site with good resources and information I am much more compelled to click onto a link. Good luck with your site anyways.
