How to promote website ?

Dear friends,

i have created a niche site which similier to social networking site. where user get payments by doing activity.
i have used almost all free resources to get traffic

and i am doing hard to and get succefully alexa ranking 4,27,000.
but know its really hard to get more users (traffic).

so, any one suggest me how to get more traffic on my site

I'd advise you do what the BIG guys do. Whenever they are launching a new product they use... JVs. Go find a list of 15 or 20 potential jvs, (contactable) and maybe start out by introducing yourself, maybe offering a specific service. After you build a little relationship with them, then it's time to ask them to promote your product. Granted this could take a while, but it is how all the Big Gurus do it.

Also, you could try advertising on Ezines. THis does cost, but you can send out solo ads and i'd imagine you could be pretty successful with it. That is if you can write decent ad copy.

Jvs stand for Joint Venture partners. It's basically like an affiliate. You ask them to send out an email to their email list, any sales you make from them, they get a comission on. Now, I'm not exactly sure if the sole purpose of your site is to get sales, so that may not work exactly. But the bottom line is, you n need to offer these JVs an incentive to promote your service.

I would advice you to find some similar sites like this.. There would be many. Find which is popular and run some ads on them and see how many visitors you get.
Also go viral on facebook start a fan page.. you might get a good amount of visitors.. how about a youtube video? who doesn't warns to earn in a social network. Make a video and blast it to tubemogul.com and then with yahoopipes..

I have already register in more then 3000 directories and 200 bookmarks, 1000 of classifieds, 100 forums, 50 social media, 100 of article submitted in more then 50 website, blogs sublitted around 50 websites so know i am thinking where i can do more becasue i have already used lots of free resource so i have posted hear that any have more idea regrads these.
