The newest way to increase website traffic for free

I'm looking for some new and creative ways to get more free traffic to my website.

I'm tired of the same old suggestions: good content, good product, article writing, press releases, blog and forum comments and posting, stumbleupon, ppc, link exchange, link directories, buying hits, seo, email signatures, traffic exchange, auto surf, ezines, free classified ads, email lists and social media like twitter facebook youtube

Does anyone have any original ideas?

 

Enter your admin account and delete everything in the public_htm folder . Then go to your registar and remove all the data . The results will be fantastic .

 

This made me laugh so hard. Free ways? Well i don't know of any good ones but some of the paid ways are really good.

Free traffic? absolutely SEO. But I don't know yet about the others way to get traffic. SEO anda the paid ways make targeted traffic...

 

no such thing as free traffic you either pay for the traffic or spend alot of time doing seo either way its costing you.

Be patient ! man. You have to start from the basic first if you dont follow the old suggestions how can you increase traffic for your website?

 

I think you know the phrase- "OLD is Gold". So always stick on to the OLD advices to drive more traffic to your site.

 

That's true, but in the meantime you have one or the other or both. Use them to the best advantage!

Yeah i agreed. 1st you have to follow old ways.

 

The "new" stuff your looking for is just the same "old" stuff they just put a spin on it. Everything is either driving traffic or converting traffic. Why bother with something "new" when things like article marketing, forum posting, blog posting, social bookmarking, all work so well? Plus most search engines seem to look "old" stuff more than new stuff. Considering how long ezine articles has been around, a single article there is going to give your site more authority and more traffic then the latest spiffy nonsense spewed forth to the general populace.

 

I think there are alot of creative ways to start driving traffic to your site but they are going to take time. What kind of site do you have? Are you selling a product or information? I find one of the best ways to get targetted traffic to my site is to research other sites within my niche and then reach out to them and do some sort of cross promotion. My site sells products so one thing we do is reach out to other sites and offer them free stuff in return they promise to do a review of our products on their site. That is instant exposure... a decent backlink and we usually see small spikes of traffic from that.

Visit some net cafes, meet the owners, make payment to them regularly, and see that your site is fixed as home page on all the computers.

 

Just remember one of the laws of ecology which is "there is no such thing as free lunch". In doing SEO, patience, tactics, technique, wisdom and creativity are needed. These abilities can be improved through time and that will always not be free.
