Dear I think there is more room for some On-Page SEO, like website title is 2 short, text based content can be placed withen website as well, also website is taking 2 long time to load

Well not sure if this is just me, but I didn't like the design at all. Don't mean to be negative. Good luck though.

Yes, but only with adsense, and that are very low earnings.
