I have just reviewed a couple of sites today, and by far this is the most cleanest, well presented and most graphic intense website I have reviewed, and I think you have done a wonderful job on it, great work and best of luck taking it forward.
What do you mean by darkness? It has just about an equal flow of both light and dark colors. Yes it's not your average white / light colored themed website, but I don't know if I would call it "darkness"

Overall I think this looks great. When I visited the homepage I wanted to see 3 themes right away, without having to scroll down. Also, you have the main navigation down a bit, I might try bringing it up to the top below the logo. Good job.
I always herd people tell me that, make sure everything is visible without having your visitors scrolling to find what they are looking for, but here's the thing. Either you are using a LOW resolution monitor ( 800x600px ) then yes, everything will not be visible without having to scroll, although everything is not visible even at a higher resolution, for lower resolution, you are just going to have to scroll even more. As for the nav, it fits the theme where it is, I would not move the nav at all, like I said for those who use such a low res. monitor, it would be a problem for them trying to find where everything is, although that goes for any site when a visitor is using such a low res. monitor.
