Is linkbuiling from blog considered low quality ?

OBL is the Out Bound Links.

The less is the number of OBLs, higher is the value of the link.
I guess blog kinks are important and useful when the blog is relevant and dofollow. Blogs also help to drive direct traffic that is most helpful in generating revenue particularly for ecommerce sites. Blogs have gained popularity and this has discovered the importance of blog links.

 

It depends. Blog comment links are rubbish in Google's eyes unless they are:
1. high PR
2. related to your blog
3. few outbound link

 

do commenting on related blogs will definitely help a lot.

A few things would make it low quality....

If you're leaving a comment on a blog that has 50,000 comments on it...ha ha ha ha... You wouldn't want to be on that blog anyway.

Or, if you leave a comment that is not even relevant or remotely close to the subject of the article you're leaving the comment for. Wasting your time there.

Otherwise, its a great way to build recognition, authority, some targeted traffic, and a backlink to your website.

And yes, blog commenting is effective to gain improved ranking BUT I am not talking about SPAM blog commenting.
