For all the agnostics who have just raided my thread, I challenge you to go video #1, skip to 1.02 and ask your so called scientists to explain what the guy is running from? Why is he acting so abnormal? Why is he moving his hands as if he is swimming? Don't tell me he is mentally sick because there are a number of people doing abnormal things in that church.
Many social groups have deviated from what religion actually taught in the first place, the examples of such can be seen everywhere in terms of animal sacrifice, occultism and some really absurd traditions, nevertheless the religion has stayed. in answer to your question; The guy at 1.02 is a Penecostal The are IMO mostly "born again Christian" an offshoot and newish religion They strongly belive a handfull of scriptures imo again and base there religion and practices on that. They are also a pretty big religion. One of the biggest new ones. Some common practices include "preying in tongues" and being touched by god. "like the girl up the front". It is, Sort of meditative. You totally let your self go. Mind body. and everyone channels energy and stuff. Some people "lose the plot". and its acceptable, looked on in good light even I personally dont look at it as normal. But sometimes its geographic location and they are the ONLY Church/ Its a little too sharmanistic for me. but its not about the devil at all, its the exact opposite. They are trying to get closer to God. talk to him. and yes it looks weird! they are trying to lose control and some do it better than others, expecially on camera. Phillip
Finally someone who understands what I was trying to say. They are not meditating, they seem like they are being tortured, it's clear they are in a form of pain. They are under attack by Devils, something is obviously bothering them and to say it's a mental issue is not correct, it would not be logical since we cannot say the entire church is mental, from the speaker to the audience, they can't possibly be all nutcases, can they?
