    I could ask one of my many lawyer friends who might have joined DP but who needs lawyers.

    Suppose you can ask Domain Registrar if it is legit to reg such a domain name.

    According to my Knowledge,Windows-server.info is not a legit domain as It is Microsoft Windows Trademark.

    its a useless domain !!! If you start selling MS windows servers editions / windows servers store u will be in trouble
