Again, give me a good reason why I would care about my post count? Does it make me more valuable to the forum? Do I get money for having so many posts? I still don't understand all this logic about wanting to have high post count.

 

I think he might e referring to the value of the gained backlinks but then again if someone would really care about their post count they could do about 150 posts per day whit ease . Anyway it's not negativism it's criticism .
