    just so you all know , i just called this number and it was just an answering machine saying Jason, no myspace reference or anything...so most likely a competitor i would assume...

    It's not illegal, it's against the Myspace Terms of Service that you agree to when you create an account. The most they could do is remove your account because you agree'd to the terms and did not follow them.

    They could however come around and claim some kind of damage because of your actions.

    How would he even get your number? Did he know your name? Etc? Also what can he sue you for technically? Your not selling anything, you don't have myspace in the title of your domain? Isn't all he can sue you for is "profits," which I'm sure your not making as much as all their lawyers, and time, would be worth. I think your fine but I could be wrong. Others feel free to correct me if you think or feel otherwise.
