PageRank changes with Google Updates and does not reflect immediately upon link building.

No relationship whatsoever, unless you have been reported as a comment spammer, in which case you could have been penalized by G. I certainly report people who try to get a free ride by placing crap on my sites.

Blog Commenting is worthless way of building links. Google does not like comment spamming. On good will, it can be said that your site is going PR fluctuations as a part of Google Dance.

    1) It's not a coincidence.
    2) Blog commenting, done right, provides you with a link that does pass "link juice"
    3) The only way PR goes up is from back links from pages with PageRank.
    4) The only way PR goes down is penalization or losing links from those URLs passing it.

This has been known to happen as a result of selling links too.

    Hi,

A PR drop to 0 would usually mean you have link your sites to those bad neighbors or use duplicated contents appeared on other domains.

    all the best,

Drop in PR can have different reasons. may be you have lost some quality links or you have lost the quality of existing back links. You said that you have got links form high PR sites. Is the link page PR between 5 to 7 or this is only the homepage PR?

It is possible that you have been penalized for commenting on a punished blog itself.
To add to your woes the sites were not relevant..you answered..

all links are already there , no change,

does a high pr blog page can be a penalized page, it must loose its pr first ?

more to add, I v not lost serp ranking, and its only pr both sites went to pr 0 but no affect on serp so far

can it be a google dance?

I doubt if its a Google dance.
Hi Pr Blogs also do link building.Seems a ripple effect..

More important is are you losing keyword rankings for top traffic keywords..
If its not don't worry bout PR's..N keep quality link building from relevant sources..
Stay away from excessive commenting from same blog source..

Page Rank depends upon quality inbound link . Google update Page Rank 3 to 4 month. If Your website Page Rank has been down so there are several reason :
    • Your approved would be nofollow blog
    • Link weight would be low
    • website content would be low or bad

This is because you must have done some keyword spamming, you might had commented on blogs that are not related to your niche.
