I'm quite old and have seen a lot of things so I don't get this kind of moments to oftent but today I had to pick my jaw off the floor when I saw this : Maybe i've missed something but last time I checked they had a "Do no evil" motto that they where quite proud off .
Umm, what's 'evil' about that exactly? Would you prefer it said Christianity? You have a choice to click it or not? BTW: I turned off active scripting in IE, so I don't see Google Ads unless I go to Google.
I guess it's best opportunity for you to chose your way! lol recommend you get advice from Tony Blair sister in law!
No I'd prefer not to see any kind of religious advertising be it Christian , islamic or atheist . In fact I consider this type of advertising discrimination . At least you still have a sense of humor
Against whom? Would it be the same discrimination (in your mind) if it was a Honda ad as opposed to Chrysler?
Ja, it's a free market of ideas. They have as much right to sell their schtick as anyone else. I don't believe we should censor idiocy, just laugh at it. "Really, you want us all to live in caves, dress in bedsheets, avoid chilled water, raid neighboring towns for slaves, and worship your invisible friend? SRSLY?"
Religion is like a trillion dollar a year business, no reason why Google wouldn't want to get a piece of that...
Religious militants should never be allowed to have advertising . Tobacco is banned from most form of advertising , why not religion ? After all religious extremism is far more dangerous then smoking .
You don't see people advertise about religion too often. In this case, someone is doing it via Google. And they're doing so because it makes them money
