Hi, So we all know that Yahoo & Bing are the same, The PPC is being paid thru Bing while organic SEO should be thru Yahoo. But Google Analytics don't recognize what is paid traffic and what's organic, What other option do I have? Thanks
I don't really understand your question. I guess you want to know from where your traffic is coming. You have the option about that, to see the ref sites.
If you are using Adwords cpc within the same webmaster tools account your Analytics you should see how much traffic is organic or cpc under traffic sources
Hi, Apparently it's not true, somehow Google Analytics counts paid traffic as organic traffic and vice verse...
Hi, I have the same settings, Google see organic traffic and CPC just like you see, But when I check the landing pages I see that CPC landing pages were visited by organic traffic and vise verse, One more thing - my original post was about Yahoo & Bing and you answered about Google...
That's true, but it doesn't change the fact that Google Analytics can't define between paid and non-paid traffic. Ronen
The traffic from Google (cpc) is the paid traffic and the traffic from Google (organic) is the free traffic. Check it in Google analytics. It's true that Yahoo and Bing are merged together.
Clive2 - I know that, but traffic from CPC came to landing pages which are not paid landing pages (in contrary to real CPC which leads to CPC landing pages). and the same in organic traffic that led to CPC lps.
