Contest $20 Matching Logo for Webdesign Contest

I need a logo for the following design:



Prize: $20
Website: url is Always******Have******com (take out the * for Url)
Description: This logo will be for a subscription based website, the target audience of the website are business professionals. so we are looking for something geared toward them.
Requirements: I would like two versions of the logo, one with space for a slogan, another without a slogan. Once winner is chosen I will need the adobe version of the logo, whether that is illustrator or photoshop. Also please post all entries below.

Thanks for the entry, you don't have to use the current box to place the logo in.. so you could go with something else big smaller or whatever else you'd like.. I like the 2nd entry more.. could you post a full screen shot of the website with the logo?
