NEFT and wire transfer are not the same thing. MoneyBookers uses wire transfer and PayPal uses NEFT.

PayPal converts money to INR and sends INR to your bank account. but

MoneyBookers send money in $$$ and your bank will convert into INR, and ICICI Bank charges 25/- for every incoming wire transfer.

^^ You can open an MB account in USD as well. In that case I guess the wire will be in USD too.

Moneybookers is the best for Indian People..Paypal sucks..they limit Users account saying some reasons and will ask us to provide passport or any other proof..Even if we provide it they wont remove the limitation..Atlast we will leave paypal and they get the money in th account..this is what happened to me 2years back.now i am Using MB..They have helped me with wire transfer in time..As rk said it usually takes 2 to 4 days and sometimes 1 week. But i have never lost the money.I am using SBI account.
