Page Title and File Name Question

    If you change the subject of a wordpress blog post, this is not reflected in the page filename of the post. Is there anyway to modify this without having to delete and readd the post?

    Yes. Edit the post. Then edit the "post-slug" -- you'll find that in the right panel of the edit page.
