Would I be able to create an AdSense account for my business if my personal one gets banned? Also, would my personal one be banned for life?

How do they know that the person on the banned account is part of the business account that was created?

I had a project website for a different kind of indoor soccer team. We had tons of fans that went to the games every week, and with that came traffic to the quick and easy website I made for the team. I thought I'd monetize it, so I tried AdSense since I've heard of it before (was not familiar with it at all). I made some decent money, but somehow it got banned. I didn;t really care at the time because the site would only be up for the entirety of the soccer season, which was about 2 months, and I didn't plan on further progressing it. 6 years later, I found myself actually trying to make money from a website that I put my heart and soul into making, and I am really frustrated about losing my AdSense account. I have no idea how it got banned. The email they sent me was not informative AT ALL.
