I want to use up these three AdWords coupons I have. Do I have to make 3 separate accounts to use the, and use 1 for each account? Or can I use all 3 on one account if I make one right now? Also, will I be able to create multiple AdWords accounts for the same website if I get more coupons in the future, or is this not allowed?
Then why do people sell vouchers in bulk if you can only use 1 per account, and not make multiple accounts?
No, It's against their terms to have more than one. I would not recommend that anyone risk losing their Adwords account by opening another one. If they catch you, you'll probably get them both closed.
Well honestly, I think it would be worth it as long as I get to use my coupons. I don't care if they ban my accounts because i would never use the same one again anyways.
Have never run into trouble having multiple accounts in Adwords as long as you use good anonymuous proxies.

Having multiple accounts are not really advisable. The only thing that you will get out of it is the deactivation of both your accounts. And it will just be a total waste, effort, and time for your part.
last year I do multiple accounts. I apply 1 account with vcc and then redeem coupon, run campaign and work. After credit empty, i closed account. Then I open second account, redeem coupon and worked again. and closed account after credit empty again. But at third and fourth account, it's not worked. I tried to make account again in fifth, but not worked again.
