i hve 12 clicks n 0 rated downloads...wha dat meann...what are clicks n what are rated downloads....pllssse help

 

that means that 12 people have clicked your link - yet 0 of them have completed a download.

for example - there are over 2000 views yet only 150 downloads completeed - some people get lazy and quit ^^ or just wanted to look at the site...

Number below = Money your referals have earnt since monday

Add Both Together to get this weeks total earnings

 

The true is they count 1 unique IP every 24 hours

 

I'm also interested and would like to know do you Duckload count 1 unique IP every 24 hours (for all members or maybe 1 uniq IP every 24 h for donloads of my files) ?
And is there a chance to make modifications? It would be great if you could count 1 unique IP every 24 h but for every file (free and anonymous members) and 1 unique IP every 24 h for all files (for premium) (like with FileSonic and FileServe)

 

Only 1 download per 24h per IP is qualified for payments.

Pay rate on Bronze (which you are going off earnings)
0-50MB = $5/1000
800-2000MB = $8/1000

so... 5.14MB file - downloaded 93 times = ($5 / 1000) * 93 = $0.465
and... 999MB file - downloaded 73 times = ($8 / 1000) * 73 = $0.584

so stats are correct.

 

ranks kinda encourage users to upload files larger than 2gb in order to achieve the higher payouts and with download speeds slow for free users, it might turn some people off. Most files in that range are movies/games which are uploaded to already trusted hosting providers so users will turn to those first when they see the download links since you can find those everywhere on the internet. I guess it depends on your user base and if they're loyal to what you upload.

braddock - if you provide shit loads of large files - games etc... then more people will realise that duckload is a good place to become premium and buy premium causing your rank to go up
but at the end of the day - the more you upload the more people buy accounts - the higher rank you get - the higher rates you get
