    I have to admit that these high minimum payout amounts put me off from affiliate marketing for years. $50 isn't much if you're already well established, but if you're struggling to get going, that first $50 takes awhile.

    Do any of these services provide lower minimums?

    $50 is avg, $100 is acceptable. Any min payout over $100 is to high I believe.
