Has there been a glitch with filefactory, it's like downloads stopped or gone really slow in the past couple of hours. My number of downloads hardly moved.
@Sandman30: Are you talking about the jo***y*@hotmail.com account? If so the earnings yesterday were higher than the day before.. so it might have just been a slow few hours?

Filefactory please make an option to see referred users commission as i do not see it any where in account summary page, last month (i mean 31st of oct) it was showing clearly in transaction page. but this month no trace of it.
@FF what's happening? please check my stats ... i remember i have about 10 sales on 30th but it became "zero" at the end of the server time. and on the succeeding days zero stats. today is friday... so how to request payout when you have not updated the records.
I have just received advice from Paypal that my weeks payout has been credited at 5:20PM Friday, 03 Dec. 2010.. Thank you very much FF for always being consistent in your weekly payment. Just goes to show that the problems on payments are isolated cases on some and may have their corresponding reasons but is not happening to the overall FF affiliates in general.
@semiclip: That payment was declined under the old program, I'm not sure why, but as of this week's payment everything falls under the new program. @cluvse23: I've just pushed a fix for this issue. There was a logic bug which was skipping the sale commission calculation for some accounts that were on commission only with the new, higher percentage (a safe-guard to prevent people getting their commission percentages set too high under the old system). I apologize for taking so long to remedy the situation, I've re-calculated your Rewards - you made over $145 yesterday and over $150 a day before that from sales commissions so I think it's safe to say it's now working properly. If this prevented you requesting a payout request it now and I'll get it sent early next week. @dkp: This is expected to launch next week! @junjun001: I believe it's been sent. Let me know your FileFactory account email if you haven't received it. @x-pac: Glad to hear you received your payment! It looks like this thread is quietening down a bit now, so hopefully that's a good sign
@FF thanks. will take it from there. everything seems okay now. made payout request earlier from the balance of the previous rewards and just now i saw it has been paid. thanks for prompt payment. will request payment of the newly credited balance next Friday together with whatever i will make for this week.

I would like to know if there's a problem affecting the Remote Upload feature, I'm trying to upload a file (http) but it seems to be always in queue ("upload is pending")
Anyone else get a few files coming up as Downloads NONE after DMCA removed even though it's been downloaded a few times? Curious if they are counted or not. P.s Was paid todays payment and previous 2 payments after sending in a couple of emails regarding declined payments and support from FileFactory on here.
