It's a great idea and you really have something to offer in this website. I feel that there is something missing though but I can't put my finger on it. Perhaps you can make the google ad center. The ads and things to subscribe to are a lot and I feel that they take away from the greatness of your website. Otherwise, I love the graphics and can easily see myself using it.

I have removed the ads in the middle of the homepage and added a post title cloud. How does it appear? Does it look feasible in the middle of the homepage? Please also look at the content and post bodies as well. Thanks to all reviewers. I owe you all one!
Design is good but you can reduce size of the words. Bold and big sized words also reduce impact of your website.
