suppose if you uploaded 100s of 250 mb files to filesonic & posted in a thread in a forum, a new filesonic member or any other member of other host sees your thread and leeches all your files to his account within seconds & posts the new links by starting a new thread in the same forum or some other forum or site.

In such situation your daily download rates or premium sales decreases, instead it goes to the leecher's account without hardly uploading anything. would you like such a scenario to happen for you?.

 

no i wont like it ,but i think that it is some kind of innevitable , it can happen with every host ,the same leeching user can remote to other host ,for example deposit files and then remote to his filesonic account,would it make any difference?

 

in filesonic leeching between fs to fs is very easy & completes within a few seconds while in other hosts you cannot do this between same host accounts without a premium. while remote uploading from other hosts require premium accounts of other hosts. so the chances of occurring this problem in other hosts is very less.

By implementing a simple option to whether allow or disable files to be leechen to other hosts or to other filesonic accounts this problem can be solved. also by uploaders permission leeching can be granted at any time.

What if I have 2 internet connections in my home ? Can I download on one pc and on another one Can I upload ? Or that is injustifield ?

 

You mean you wanna upload file1.rar and on connection 1 and download the same file1.rar with connection 2..... sure it works but don't think it's worth it. In addtion if you download your own file someone down at fs gonna notice it and eventually you gonna get banned

 

Naaa, i don't wanna do that. The first internet connection will download files on the PC1(files from my FS account ofcourse so i will not earn anything) and the PC2 will upload on the second internet connection stuff to my FS account. I wanna do that because the traffic will be better then

 

Remote Upload dont work with megaupload: ERROR_INVALID_ACCOUNT
FS have to update his megaupload plugin... see the page of a download MU file....
