SEOMoz has good free rank checker tool, it plots the change in rank for your keywords too. If you have a lot of sites or need to check more than a few ranks per day you have to pay for a premium membership, but it comes with a lot of other tools also. I think it might be worth it.
I try SEOmpz tools for rank check, but I am not satisfied with this tool because there is a limit for free user. Can anybody send download link ( rapidshare or hotfile or other ) of rank checking tools ? I need full version software with crack. I would not spent any money for buying paid rank checker software.
Its good to check rank manually for your own website but if you are working on number of websites than you should go for any tool but do research for this before buying any such tool.
if your checking less than 10 keywords for a single site, for me no need to buy for a software you can take it manually and there are lot of tools available online for free. But let say your in a big company holding lots of site with different niches and have 50 keywords/site I think that’s the time to buy a software or let your programmers do the job. I’m sure if you start to earn from your sites, buying software will be a good investments.
