DivTube.com - A webmaster oriented video sharing website.

DivTube is a video sharing service which is designed with the intention of working directly with webmasters to monetize their videos. Currently in BETA status, We're attempting to open out to affiliates and build a reputable status on major forums such as DigitalPoint.

    DivTube offers:

    • Video hosting of files up to 1GB of size
    • Multiple file formats allowed.
    • High network speeds.
    • Active Development.
    • No watching limits.
    • Earn.
    • More!

    DivTube Affiliates:

And of course we're catered entirely towards webmasters with:

    NET-15 Payment Schedule:

We pay out on a NET-15 based schedule. Meaning you'll be paid on the 15th of the current month for the previous months earnings. Currently the only payment method is paypal, however this has been expanded in the next release (expected before the end of december).

    $1+ Minimum Payout:

During the launch, we're keeping the minimum payout very low to ensure that users can confirm we do pay out. This'll then be moved to around $5 in the upcoming months.

    Customizable Advertisements:

The website currently has the ability for you to customize your videos page with advertisements of your choosing. This is shown on a 50\50% basis. For example if you chose to a webhosting banner on your right and bottom advertisements, this would be shown 50% of the time a user lands on the page.

    Content Gateway Locking:

The perhaps most promising earning tool would be the option of using the CPALead networks content blocker tool on your video page. To do this you simply enable it under the file in question, and then you'll receive 65% of the earnings paid out to you from the surveys.

    More!

With the website being actively developed on, and another revised release with more features upcoming - we're here to listen, implement, learn and grow. And our first intention is pleasing the communities.

DivTube is currently however in BETA mode. Due to this we may experience issues to deal with in the upcoming weeks which we're working swiftly on resolving.

If you're interested in using our services but are hesitant due to payments, we can understand this fully. Which is why we would suggest you wait until the last day of the month, have a single survey completed by your audience and then receive your first payment from us - your trust is the upmost importance.

    Thanks,

If there's any issues or questions at any time, please don't hesitate to contact me or our team. We need you to earn, so we can survive, so we're here to help you with any queries.

    Hi,

The banner positions are there for users to specify their own codes. However the content blocker when enabled through the file panel, pays out at CPALead rates. Meaning you're likely to receive between $0.40 to $5.00 per content unlock. We are however adding more features such as pay per views which will be available in the next version.

Yep as of currently the pay out is per CPA offer completed if CPALead is enabled. This is just during the BETA launch, for affiliates who are interested in this kind of service. We will however have views implemented within the month at a high end payout rate.

just uploaded avi video.. but it can't be played.. either it is not converted or your program simply adds .mp4 extension to the file and try to play it via jwplayer and it fails..
    something wrong...

We'll have the pay-per-view system intergrated before the weeks end and will update the topic since this seems to be a more wanted feature. As for OVH, we're simply with them due to the fact of having no issues with another of our streaming platforms, if there's network issues for those outside the EU we'll re-locate the media servers to a quality network host such as Softlayer.

If you don't mind, could you message me whether it was done remotely or through the upload form? I'm not sure why that's happening, .avi files convert to .mp4 and then add the extention on my end.

    Thanks all for the responses.

    check this one .. http://divtube.com/watch.php?id=129
I uploaded a sample video with .avi extension.. but it is giving error.. it should be played with divx player but instead it tries to play it with jw player.. if video is not converted to mp4 format by your system, it can't be played.. as jw player only supports mp4 and flv videos...

    Hi,

Yep I'm aware of the JW player formats, DivTube converts the files to .mp4 before being able to play, including divx formats. I'm not sure why it's hesitating on your .avi file however, will look into it immediately, thanks for reporting the issue.

The remote upload feature on the website is currently in BETA, and will only download the direct link to the file. So currently it won't be able to handle megaupload URL's since they're not direct downloads I believe.

Edit: .AVI files should now function correctly again.

JamesPH - yeah - OVH have bad connectivity with the world out side of the EU... but softlayer have connectivity issues with the world outside .us - so best bet imo - is to use Leaseweb they have the world's best network (p.s. you can get cheap servers on their network £140/1gbit unmetered - pm if you want that)

Adult videos currently aren't allowed, but we do have a clone website specifically for adult using AdultAccessNow, but would like to weedle the bugs and problems from DivTube first.

Yeah I can understand this is a issue, it is actually still doing it server side while that error may be displayed, we had to remove the progress bar recently due to compatibility issues but it'll be back soon! I apologize for it not being available currently.

    1. I'm not sure what you mean by this.
    2. There's a option inside your video page to change your google adsense ad with your own code basically. So if you edit your advertisements within your video page, you can insert your own code and it'll be shown on a 50\50 basis. To enable CPALead on your videos, you have to do the following:
    1. Click My Files.
    2. Click the file in question.
    3. Tick 'Enable CPALead'.
    4. CPALead will now be enabled on that video.

    3. To track how much you've then made, click the affiliate tab when logged in and it'll display earnings. I'll add a more detailed version including leads and better display of information to the list.

Ok thanks, if it does come to issues with the network we'll definitely move very soon - will also start preparing and looking into leaseweb and others. Currently we've got several boxes at OVH and Kimsufi, so it would be more beneficial for us to stay, but if the network issues do arise we'll definitely move.

Thanks for all the responses. The site's going through a lot of changes currently as we are still in BETA - but actively developing. So there may be a lot of changes, but all earnings are still kept secure and ready for pay out.

    Hi Rajalakshmip,

To access the page you've got to register an account, then load http://divtube.com/affiliates.php and the information is all there inside the sub pages. The site has some features disabled for the next 24 hours however due to changes being implemented - during this time all earnings are still saved and ready for pay out. Thanks.
