Buying a fansite. Revenue and stats is a must! I'm looking at fansites with 1k+ unique hits in September. On these topics: Models Sport TV/Films Music Maybe some others. Budget? p i n k m i n d . n e t - PR 3 - 150+ uniques daily - Adsense is up and down lately it's been down as I havn't been updating the site at all... usually makes $10-$30 per month. - $30-$40 per month from selling text links. I won't sell my baby cheap... looking for offers over 1G (and then I may consider selling it)
