PayPal Add-on Email ID's

    Hi,

    Currently i am having one Premium and Business account in PayPal. I have decided to close my business account now, as it may cause some problems in future.


    I have added 2 additional email id's in my Business account.

    After closing the business account, can i able to add these 2 email id's in my Premium account? Because, i gave these 2 email id's as my PayPal id at many sites.

    Whether they will check the history of email id's. If so, they will find that, i had used premium and business account at some time during the past. Will it cause any problem?

    Yes, you can add it once you close other account.
    I did it and using from last 1 year without any problem. :)

    You need to remove those 2 email id's from your business account first then only you can add it again in your premier account.

    Just remove 2 emails before closing your business account.then you can add it again

    It is better you remove the email id's from ur business account. Then download all the history from that account in PDF format, just in case PP requires verification in the future.

    Close the Bus Account.
    Then proceed to add the emails to a new account. Hope this helps

    Why the history should be downloaded? I'm going to close that business account permanently. Is there any particular reason for that?

    yes. In case you would like to refer to some transactions that you have made in the past for those email accounts. Also, in case PP asks for some proof of the email accounts, whether they really belong to you. This is not required, but just in case. Becos when u fall in trouble, you cannot regret. It's better to be safe than Sorry. Right? Moreover, you are closing a Business Account, so I'm not sure if there are any implications of those emails added to another personal account. So just download the history just in case. If you do not need it, it's your call anyway.

    Thanks for this useful information dude. As per your suggestion, i will download my history of transactions as it may help at some point in future. :)
