They're everywhere. Most of them are pretty lame. (Not saying anything about the OP's site, I'm sure it's great, etc.) They're like the mesotholemia/asbestos site of the last few years I think, the latest "get rich quick" method for Adsense noobs. (Again, I'm speaking in general, nothing involving the OP, etc.)
After this post, I'm sure there will be about 500 more new Forex sites pop up in the next two days fishing for that "$10 a click" Someone should start a post about their music/celeb related blog getting ten bucks a click
I'd be proud if you guys make 500 sites because of this thread. But i don't think it influents this much. You're better off making myspace sites, send a few bulletins, and there you go $5/day easy. It takes a shitful of currency trading skills to create a forex site, plus 2 years 4 months to get this far. But if somebody does want to start, i have plenty of good domains. Throw me a PM!
intresting, probably some good product url which is giving such a amount, probably they mus be making good profit to giv such a amount to every click !! great going !!
Amazing, and I am no more surprised.. Yesterday, most of my keyword in the adword account suddenly became inactive..Almost about 200 of them.. I used to get them with a max bid of 10 cents, and suddenly for some keywords, they are asking me to raise max bid to 12-13 dollars .. Sucks... Arbitrage is getting hit so bad.. and with smart pricing getting smarter everyday
Are forex doing good really... heck, What have I been doing, hehehe. I am an Intenational Finance major and design Java based Forex trading platforms in my day job hehe.. I will just try to write some good contents tonight...... How long do u think before it gets saturated BTW?
thats fine. the value of ads may change according to the money adwords members give per click. but thats really very high. these companies spend very much for ads or their ctr s are very low.
My site must have very good smart-price grade. It's not much about forex that earns this, but the smart pricing. You know smart pricing is not only applied to the domain, but likely channel and all sites portfolio. I noticed that after reading Adsense Code by Joel Comm. The bad site that has low eCPM will hurt the good ones (Comm's observation). So putting your ad on low-CPM revenue sharing like that of DP hurts your whole account. I removed the code from CP and saw a little rise in earnings. Frankly, I don't want to hurt the other thousand bucks by this a buck a month sharing program.
yeah, congrats, but as stated above, do not quit your day job. I was making decent money on Adsense and got banned (i know you think i did something wrong, but dig up the thread on it and read before you flame) and no longer get my adsense income. I joined another program and make about between 600-800 a month now
Wow.....the highest click price I've ever registered $2 and I thought I was doing well. Keep er' lit!
Thanks for advice, Judd. But webmastering is my full-time job. I'm always afraid of getting banned; therefore, i'm thinking of developing sites that don't solely depend on adsense revenue; in other words, adsense is not main revenue source. It's diverse of income sources. But hey fine if Google can kick a premium publisher like me--crossing fingers.
what is your niche? I bet you have some high paying keywords. In general, the more target your content is, the more you make per click. here is a tutorial on how to find some high paying Adsense keywords using Google keyword tool: http://makemoneyutube.blogspot.com/2009/12/how-to-find-high-paying-adsense.html
