I like the logo and the subdued colors.

 

Excellent work. Can't comment on the content though. I think, visual appearence could have been better; aquariaum is colorfull.

Good branch,aquarium websites are quite rare , good design (a better logo would be nice ), good articles (and original) .
I have spend some time on it , many interesting stuff you have there which stir my interest you'll have a future with him GOOD LUCK .

 

You may want to add a strapline or some other prominent text so visitors know exactly what they site can offer them as soon as they arrive

 

have you done any research on the name of the site?
"Aquarium keeper" has about 36 monthly global searches and "aquarium basics" has about 91 global monthly searches. (exact search)
for the broad searches these figures are a bit higher but the competition is higher then as well.
I would take care for a lot of backlinks to get high on the google ranking anyway.
Put the social media button above the Google ads
Also I miss a way to subscribe to a mailing list.
That way you can use that list to sell stuff related to aquaria to readers of your blog.
