    I own an exact keyword blog.
    "nba teams list" - 13k monthly searches - ranked 7th
    "nba team list" - 1.5k monthly searches - ranked 3rd

    The traffic has picked up significantly. The first 8 days of the month, barely any traffic. Since November 8th the site gets anywhere from 60-90 uniques daily.

    You can make money through google ads, and affiliate ads such as NBA tickets and NBA apparel.

    I feel that $75 BIN is very fair.
