    Hi guys,

I'm glad that most of your payment issues have been resolved. We're launching a new Rewards program, lower per-download rates, more 'useful' file size tiers, and higher commission amounts (and we are happy to adjust them higher if you sell consistently). Oh, and no mirroring rule. :)

The site is a bit sketchy at the moment because we're changing a lot of things behind the scenes for the new program. We're performing a lot of database work which is causing some disruptions, we are working as fast as possible to get it all fixed up, sorry for any weirdness that you experience.

I'll go through this thread and my PMs a little bit later and follow up any loose ends.

Will FF keep existing reward scheme intact while launching new schemes or all users are forced to go with new scheme with lower per download rates ?

Please launch new modified Turbo soon as existing one do not have option to schedule (to do list) downloading and option to upload one by one.

    Thank You

Yeh I understand that, I can't help it if sales don't get tracked but still thats not a valid reason not to pay. They should add it to the rules if that's the case.

We don't pay you if you don't have enough sales.
We may choose not to pay you if you have illegal files.

So people know not to waste their time beforehand.

Filefactory's new scheme is really disappointing :(

They removed 1 - 50 MB, 50 MB - 100 MB, 100 - 400 MB tier which affecting existing files too :( meaning you get sharp downward slope from existing daily download rewards

FileFactory Rewards rates for each 1,000 completed downloads
    A B C D
    5 - 75MB $6 $4 $2 $1
    75 - 125MB $10 $6 $4 $2
    125 - 300MB $13 $9 $5 $3

These rates are very very low compared to other hosters

also only 20% commission from premium sales

Filefactory we never thought you would disappoint exclusive uploaders like us :(

Good to see you're not happy with FileFactory for a change, it was all praises before.

Plus I want this answered >

They finally replied to my email today with -

    ''FileFactory Support

    Hello,

Unfortunately your account has a large number of illegal files which are against our terms of service and we are unable to pay Rewards for such files.
    ''

    Anyone else get this response?

    @ FileFactory
If you don't want to pay us for this rule just tell us, don't give us the run around 'some will get paid some wont its up to us' attitude, so we can move on from FileFactory.

Do you or don't you pay uploaders with DMCA/illegal files, where do you stand on this?

I thought the new reward scheme will be a pay per sale only with at least 60% sales commission without changing existing plan, but as they implemented new one they just increased sales commission from 10% to 20% with heavy drop in download rates.

This new reward is nice for users who use FF only, it doesn't affect me a lot as long as the payments are sent !!

Two things would make it nice :

1- to lift the size limit for uploaded files, some HD movies or games are over 5 GB !!
2- Give unlimited download to premium users, that the major argument to make sales !!

and limit file size download for free users, this will force people to buy premium

increase sales, uploader only get 1 download from premium user for 24 hours, filefactory income, whereas lower income uploader
