$40 One page web design (psd)

I'm looking for a nice design for a racing website (Race Results).

$40 via PayPal for the one who can make the best design (according to me). Only a PSD is needed, so no coding involved.

There need to be space for about 250 words of text and a table with the latest race results that is currently on the site needs to be there too in some form. Other than that you've got free hands. I prefer lighter pages to darker, but who knows? Surprise me.

Could you add a bit of text (just do a lorem ipsum or something) and the race results table (like from the link) too so I can see what it will look like with content, not just a background?

It looks great. Really like the design and layout. I'm not too sure about the cars "going out of the picture" in the header though. Perhaps try something different there. But overall I really like the whole concept.
