Help me on this please, I really want to install CPALead on my wordpress blog.
Some say that I still have to install it on a site (paid or free hosting) and install wordpress on it, then install CPALead on it.

My current situation is, I got stuck in the verification process,
and, I don't know where to put it, can anyone help me?

You could install a wordpress plugin that allows you to install html code easily I think it's called "Raw Html" or better still try this CPALead WordPress Plugin 1.0

First download the plug in to your PC, then Log in to your WP Admin panel
Choose Plugins then Add New, then Upload
Then just select the plug in, press Install Now and there you go.

After installed, it will appear listed in "Settings"

Go into your wordpress admin and on plugins down the left hand side click add new plugin type in CPALead WordPress Plugin and click install on the first on the list. This will install the plugin for you then press activate and follow the instructions.

Or you could install using an ftp client such as filezilla which is free.

I do not know what version of wordpress you are using? but you should have button on there that allows you to install plugins. However you can easily add the plugin using filezilla.

Well i am not a expert in WP (on the contrary) but why your Dashboard doesnt have the plug in option?

    Edit:
I see Cjmeb asks the same, so its because of your WP version.
Upgrade your Wordpress to 3.0 or 3.0.1 first, and then install the plugins.
Or do like Cjmeb14 says and do it by ftp

    That is my question too.

    EDIT:
I can't upgrade to 3.1 since I get free bloghosting on Wordpress.com,(which actually sucks).

Even if it is a subdomain you can use your username and password of your main account. Open up your main domain with the ftp client and look for a folder called public.html open that up and in there should be your subdomain. Find your subdomain and open that.

Look for wp.content then plugins and insert the plugin in there.

Going back to your image. It does not show a plugin folder and it should. If you are not using the latest version of wordpress then try upgrading you should be able to do that from inside wordpress admin.

Your best option would be to go over to hostgator and sign up for the baby or hatchling hosting plan and have your hosting for your wordpress site. On top of your one site you will be able to have additional sites sub domains at no extra cost hosted on the same account.

You will have more control over your site including Cpanel with Fantastico and installing wordpress is very easy. Further to this you will have support from live chat which is very good with Hostgator.

You can easily start to make your hosting fees and more back once you get started.
