I've noticed that a few files when removed (DMCA) the number of downloads goes back to NONE, what's that about? You're also able to download from the link for a while after its been removed.
From my side i never had this problem, i think the amount of download will stay counted because now the reward page is updated each 30mn !!
haven't uploaded a lot till yesterday, and yesterday's uploads weren't deleted yet !! so if it happens i'll let you know
The guy (FileFactory) who used to help us, isn't handling support anymore !! i sent like 8 emails to the support site and no reply. nice stats preza, you earn more when you recieve download from the group A
Thx, I could be generating much more downloads if I would know that I will be paid every time I request payout Anyway, looking at your rewards from sales...how do they calculate those numbers? $1.37 is 10% of $13.7 Is there a premium account you can buy for $13.7? It confusing for me....
Everyone would spend more time and effort if we were paid !! i don't know how this rate was counted on selled accounts !!
Hi Guys, I'm trying to take over the support inbox again. I am about to go through the PM's, and I'll send replies to them in a few minutes. @makemoneyss: The Rewards stats will be delayed by around 30 minutes - also please keep in mind that the File Manager download count is a) over all time, not in the last 24 hours, and b) not only Reward-qualifying downloads. For example, if a Premium member downloads one file 100 times in a row, it'll show 100 downloads in the File Manager, but only one download in the Rewards Summary. @Darkangel21: This sounds like a cache issue - files should be blocked instantly once they're DMCA'd, but sometimes it can take an hour or so. If you notice this happening can you PM me the file URL (or even the filename) and I'll check the DB - we store the number of downloads that files have had even after they're deleted, so this should be easy to check. @dzbuy16: I think you've PM'd me a few times and I'll respond to those in a few minutes, but I have been actively following up your pending (declined) payment request. The new referral tracking code seems to be working well, which is working in our benefit (by that, I mean it's making it easier for me to prove your traffic is legitimate). Believe me, I want to get you paid. @preza83: I'll check your PM in a few minutes, sorry. @Markuf: I'll check your PM in a few minutes too, sorry. We'll get this sorted out guys. Thanks for being so patient.
@FileFactory I've sent two PM, one regarding the declined payment tou are trying to be processed, and another regarding an issue i had a year ago which FF just stole me some more money... If you can take an EFICIENT look and not do like the support dep... Thanks
Please give us an option to view referred user's, also make some schedule option enabled reliable Turbo. Hourly updating reward summary page is very nice as this will help us known better about traffic & files popularity Thanks
FileFactory, please check my PM to you.. i think my problem is simple and would appreciate if you could help me here... thanks
FileFactory really do take the p*ss and I stick to my first post now 'Filefactory DOESN'T want to pay'. They finally replied to my email today with - ''FileFactory Support Hello, Unfortunately your account has a large number of illegal files which are against our terms of service and we are unable to pay Rewards for such files.'' Anyone else get this response? @ FileFactory If you don't want to pay us for this rule just tell us, don't give us the run around 'some will get paid some wont its up to us' attitude, so we can move on from FileFactory. Do you or don't you pay uploaders with DMCA/illegal files?
I had all illegal /dmca files but i still got paid.. do u want to know why? cause i sold some premiums .. want to get paid? u need to sell premiums. period.
