Fileserve earnings not calculated

Hello,

I uploaded an 8MB file yesterday and in "Statistics Report" I can see that the file has been downloaded twice, one from country GROUP A and other from GROUP C but I don't see any earnings.
Can some body tell me why it happened? Do they not record all downloads? I have sent this question to File Serve support but may be some of you guys already know about it?

because the earning is less than $0.01, why would they count it?

And to your question...You should check the graph. It should have been displayed there.

 

Fileserve pays $3 if your file size is 1 to 50MB and country belongs to Group A.

LOL, you said the file has been downloaded TWICE, and that $3 is for 1000 downloads

 

I think you get the wrong idea here buddy, as knight_of_honour said, its per 1000 downloads
So that download got ya $0.003

 

haha now it makes sense!

But I don't even see $0.003 in my reports hmm....
