Please Recommend Fastest Approval Of CPA Incentive Network

I am looking at a good CPA network that allow for incentives traffic especially on Zip and email submits.
I need to get a fast approval as soon as possible so that I can start promote right away. I intend to use soft incentives method(Non-Cash).

Currently, I have with CPA with Peerfly,GAN and CPAlead. None of them offer zip and email submits, right?

And also, I don't hope to have so many troublesome for answering so many questions like the following although I am honest enough for providing the answer to them.

1) Please explain in great detail how will promote campaigns from CPA(their network), as well as how you generate such traffic.

2) How long have you been doing affiliate marketing?

3) What are the names of a few campaigns you have successfully ran in the past?

4) If you are using Search to drive traffic, please include a screen shot of your most recent Adwords, Yahoo, Adcenter, or other Pay Per Click invoice.

5) Which other networks have you worked with in the past? Please include names, as well as screen shots of your account showing your an active publisher with such networks.

We have implemented the above as part of our approval process into our network to ensure only the highest quality affiliates are approved. We know how important it is to keep a campaign active once you start driving traffic to it, and this is one of those steps we must take to ensure all campaigns last as long as possible.

Any good recommendation is much appreciated.

Did you try Maxbounty?

 

CPA network that allow for incentives traffic especially on Zip and email submits.

For your requirements, i highly suggest you go for BLAM Ads, they have many submits offers allow incentive traffic. Good luck man.

 

I have tried Never blue ,they do not accept other countries and one of those is mine.
Not sure about Maxbounty, maybe try and see how. However, I think more or less the same as like Never blue.

I did submit to Blamads before I opened this thread. 2 days to date by today, not yet received any news from them. They didn't even return any confirmation saying they received my application to my inbox. I am not sure whether my "Submit" will go through their server.

Any other fast approval network before I select few from overvault?

Sure will check it out too. I have few soft incentives for few oncoming sites to serve the main purpose.
More choice, more variety and more chances of getting one or two approval for me to be able to take fast action.

When I applied Blamads, my screen showed-"We will review your application in 1 or 2 days"..something like that. I din receive any email stated that Blamads received my application. Should I re-apply again? Can use same email add or change to a new email add? Or just send email address I applied to you would do?
