I need your advice if i should put a law suit against Google because this is the second time they get me off Adsense. I never had any false clicks and my ClickThrough rate was going up as well as impressions butb they kicked me out. Once i start making good money and start promoting my web site the right way the kick me off, and send me the same old e-mail that they kicked me off because of false clicks and all that . . . it makes no sense because i ahve not done anything so please enlighten me of what i should do?

    Adsense for you is over.

Try Yahoo or one of the the other programs but be careful to read (and follow) the rules next time.

That money was made under a TOS violation. You were terminated from Adsense. That's a permanent termination. Just because you found another way to get a new application accepted doesn't make it OK in G's eyes. That's another TOS violation. Google found out that you had been previously banned and gave you the 2nd boot. So the money you believe you earned is not really yours.

Fantastic! I'm glad to hear someone getting booted for signing up with his sister/mom/granddad/neighbor's name because I am so sick and tired of guys like Wissam making this suggestion to every banned publisher. See, kids? You get banned once, you sign up again, and you'll eventually get caught. Worst, you've destroyed your sister/mom/neighbor's chances of getting their own account.

If you get banned you DONT go make another account. Google has sophisticated methods of linking accounts and you will get caught.

There's really nothing you can do. Your life is pretty much in the dumper now, isn't it? You obviously didn't learn anything the first time you got caught for fraud and now you're whining because you got caught again. You'll doubtless go on to do it again and get caught again, over and over again, all the while blaming someone else or bad luck. That's why our prisons have rotating doors - to accomodate slow learners like you and your friends.
